Boral’s Blue Circle Off White Cement is a general purpose Portland cement that conforms to Australian Standard AS 3972 type GP and HE. Suitable for use in applications that require a lighter coloured mortar (off-white). Typically applied to give an attractive architectural finish in brick and block work mortar, rendering, exposed aggregate pavements, panels and terrazzo.
