The Shale Grey 20mm porcelain paver is suitable for domestic or commercial application and features a matching drop edge profile which is a fantastic option for steptreads, pool coping and retainer wall capping. Featuring 12 faces ( patterns ), there’s little repetition over the range so you maintain a very natural stone look at a fraction of the price.

These super strong 20mm porcelain pavers can be installed over many different surfaces using traditional installation techniques and due to the extremely high point of load capacity guaranteeing an excellent load-bearing capacity and resistance to breakage, the 20mm porcelain can also be installed using the latest pedestal technology. The pedestal system enables the installer to hide water, gas or electrical services without permanent installation of the tiles. This offers the ability to access the services, provide for excellent drainage and also offer the ability to easily replace the tiles in the event of a refurbishment.

Where you have an upstairs balcony area that requires tiling, the increased weight of the grout and tile adhesive, known as wet bedding, may limit your tile options significantly. The pedestal system may be a great alternative minimising additional weight you’re bringing to the install.

A combination of high density, low porosity and low water absorption makes porcelain an excellent choice for high traffic areas subject to stains, chemicals and harsh treatment such as swimming pools and outdoor kitchens. As it’s designed for outdoor use, it also has a P5 anti-slip finish applied which creates a safe atmosphere even in wet environments.
