Galvanised Hex Head Bolts or Engineer Bolts are commonly used for fastening where there is access to the rear to install a nut, as they allow for increased clamping pressure. Can be used for fastening metal to metal, and metal to timber. Galvanised Hex Head Bolts also provide additional corrosion protection in environments where the bolt is exposed to the outside elements.
