ModWood composite screening ( and decking ) combines stylish form with practical function, making it the perfect solution for a range of residential and commercial applications – from small private patios and garden edging to large pool areas.

This fantastic Australian made composite timber screening and decking product features approximately 90 per cent of either recycled or reclaimed ingredients. In fact, each lineal metre of 137mm ModWood decking board contains approximately 37 recycled plastic milk bottles and around two kilograms of reclaimed pine dust, which is a market leader when it comes to being eco friendly and environmentally sustainable.

It’s this manufacturing process that delivers excellent longevity and performance with very little ongoing maintenance like traditional timber that require staining, oiling or painting for example.

At it’s able to withstand the most extreme Aussie weather conditions – and is resistant to termites – Modwood offers a cost-effective, long lasting and durable alternative to conventional timber boards. Also, it doesn’t splinter, making them safe for children and ideal for use around pools and commercial applications.

ModWood has a range of options available – 68mm x 17mm screening, both 88 x 23mm and 137 x 23mm decking board, a marine board and even a fire retardant decking for those requiring certain BAL compliance. There’s also the new and improved XTG – Extreme Guard – in the 137 x 23mm board which offers even further protection against colour fade and scratch resistance.
